This time slot features advanced and enrichment sport‑style classes offered on a rotating basis. Only one class is offered during the Saturday 12:00–1:00 PM time slot each month.

These classes are designed for experienced teams who want focused skill work or advanced practice without committing to a multi‑week progression.

How This Time Slot Works

  • Classes rotate monthly
  • Only one class is offered at a time during the 12:00–1:00 PM slot
  • Advanced Obedience is offered twice per month
  • Classes are standalone and do not build week to week unless explicitly stated
  • A minimum of 3 registered teams is required for class to run
  • If minimum enrollment is not met, registered teams will be notified and credited

Agility Courses (Drop‑In)

This agility class is offered as a drop‑in sport‑style session for experienced teams. Each month features a new agility course, allowing participants to work fresh challenges without committing to a multi‑week progression.

Sessions are not progressive and do not build from one class to the next. Teams may attend as their schedule allows, provided prerequisites are met.

This class is appropriate for teams who:

  • Have prior agility experience
  • Are comfortable working full courses
  • Enjoy variety and problem‑solving in a drop‑in format

Format:

Drop‑in | Offered once per month
(New course each month)

Prerequisites:

Instructor approval or prior agility experience required

60 minutes in duration

Class Size

Maximum of 6 dogs
Minimum of 3 dogs required for class to run


Advanced Obedience (Drop‑In)

Advanced Obedience is offered twice per month and functions as a drop‑in training opportunity for teams who already have solid obedience foundations.

Each session focuses on skill refinement, reliability, and real‑world application rather than structured progression.

Training may include:

  • Precision heeling and position work
  • Recalls under distraction
  • Duration and distance skills
  • Environmental and distraction proofing

Format:

Drop‑in | Offered twice monthly

Prerequisites:

Completion of Intermediate Obedience or instructor approval

60 minutes in duration

Maximum of 8 dogs
Minimum of 3 dogs required for class to run


Advanced Nose Work (Drop‑In)

Advanced Nose Work is a sport‑style scent work class designed for teams with existing nose work experience who are ready for more challenging searches and hides.

Sessions emphasize complexity, problem‑solving, and independent work. Searches may vary week to week and do not follow a linear progression.

Dogs work individually.

This class is appropriate for dogs who:

  • Have completed a foundational nose work program
  • Are comfortable searching independently
  • Enjoy higher‑level scent challenges

Format:

Drop‑in | Offered once per month

Prerequisites:

Completion of K9 Nose Work or instructor approval

Class Duration

60 minutes in duration

Class Size

Maximum of 6 dogs
Minimum of 3 dogs required for class to run


Enrollment & Attendance Policies

  • Minimum enrollment: 3 registered teams required for class to run
  • Registration must be completed in advance
  • Classes canceled due to low enrollment will be credited
