Puppy Kindergarten
Our Puppy Kindergarten is a structured 6‑week group class designed to build your puppy’s confidence, focus, and foundational skills during this critical developmental stage.
This program follows a set start date and weekly progression, allowing puppies and their owners to build skills step-by-step in a consistent and supportive learning environment. Each week builds on the previous one, creating a clear path toward improved behavior, communication, and confidence.
Our instructors guide you and your puppy through age-appropriate exercises focused on real-world success. Emphasis is placed on helping your puppy learn how to stay engaged, think through challenges, and respond reliably in a group setting.
What to Expect
Each week of class introduces key concepts and exercises designed to help your puppy develop:
- Focus and engagement with their handler
- Confidence in new environments and situations
- Foundational obedience skills (sit, down, recall, place)
- Ability to work calmly around other puppies
- Early impulse control and decision-making skills
Classes are structured to progress at a pace that supports learning without overwhelming puppies during this early stage.
How Puppy Kindergarten Works
- Classes run in 6‑week sessions with a set start date
- Each puppy attends the same scheduled class each week
- Exercises build progressively from week to week
- Class sizes are limited to maintain quality instruction
- Owners are actively involved in every session
This structured format ensures your puppy develops skills in a clear, organized way while building reliability over time.
Dogs who complete Puppy Kindergarten often continue building reliability in our Basic Obedience class.
